How SyncAnalyt handles personal data when you browse the site or inquire about a session.

Data controller

SyncAnalyt, 826 Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 06180, Republic of Korea, email contact@syncanalyt.digital, phone +82 2-2008-4500, is the controller for personal data collected through this site and during session intake.

Data we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, message content, optional session preferences)
  • Basic technical data for site operation (for example, server logs such as IP address and browser type, kept briefly for security)
  • Cookie preferences stored in your browser when you use the consent banner (see our cookies page)

We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, or government ID through the website form.

Purposes

  • Responding to session requests and providing booked services
  • Improving site reliability and security
  • Meeting bookkeeping and legal obligations

We process inquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform a booked engagement. Essential technical processing supports legitimate interests in operating a secure site. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, we ask before setting them.

Retention

Inquiry emails and form contents are kept up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute handling. Quarterly monitoring clients may agree in writing to limited retention of public address lists for the duration of the retainer; those lists are deleted within 30 days after the retainer ends unless law requires otherwise.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, and you may object to certain processing. Contact contact@syncanalyt.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.

International transfers

Our primary operations and records are in the Republic of Korea. If a processor outside Korea is used (for example, email infrastructure), we take steps appropriate under Korean requirements to protect the data.

No sale of data

We do not sell personal data.
