Session

Air-gapped balance reconciliation

A focused session that compares your offline records with public ledger totals for the addresses you choose to disclose.

Air-gapped balance reconciliation

Who it is for

Long-term cold wallet holders who keep coins on hardware devices, paper backups, or air-gapped machines and need a periodic, trustworthy reading of balances — without plugging a seed into any online wallet.

What you leave with

A dated reconciliation sheet that lists each disclosed public address (or address cluster), the public ledger total we independently verified that day, and notes where your offline figures diverge. You keep the only copy that includes your private annotations.

Included

  • Pre-session intake on asset types and how many address groups you want checked
  • Independent lookup of public balances for addresses you provide in the room (or via an agreed secure channel for remote sessions)
  • Side-by-side comparison against your paper ledger, spreadsheet printout, or device account labels
  • Written discrepancy notes and suggested next checks you can run alone
  • Guidance on labeling conventions so the next reconciliation is faster

Excluded

  • Taking custody of funds or devices
  • Receiving, storing, or typing seed phrases or private keys
  • Tax filing, exchange account work, or hot-wallet portfolio tools
  • Continuous automated price alerts or live dashboards

How the session runs

  1. Preparation (before you arrive). You gather dated balance notes and a list of public addresses only. We send a short checklist — never a request for recovery words.
  2. Opening (15 minutes). We confirm scope: which chains, which clusters, and what “done” means for this visit.
  3. Verification (45–70 minutes). Public totals are pulled on our isolated research machine. Your offline figures stay on your papers or your own device screen facing you.
  4. Close-out (20 minutes). Discrepancies are marked. You decide whether to investigate further on your own time; we do not pressure for follow-up sales.

Duration and place

Most single-asset holders finish in about ninety minutes. Multi-chain cold setups with more than six clusters often need the full two hours. Sessions are held at our Gangnam office; remote sessions are available when both parties agree on a camera-free document workflow.

Preparation

Bring only what you are comfortable showing: printed address lists, labeled hardware device names (not PINs), and prior reconciliation dates. Leave seeds and recovery cards at home.

Pricing basis

From ₩320,000 for up to four address clusters on one chain. Additional clusters and chains are quoted before the appointment so there are no surprises at the desk.

Next step

Request a reconciliation and tell us roughly how many address clusters you need checked. We reply within two business days with availability.
