The conditions that apply when you use syncanalyt.digital or book a SyncAnalyt session.
Acceptance
By browsing syncanalyt.digital or requesting a session with SyncAnalyt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book services.
Services described
SyncAnalyt provides informational and advisory sessions related to air-gapped portfolio monitoring and manual balance reconciliation for cold wallet holders. Session descriptions on this site are informational. A booked engagement is confirmed only in writing (email is sufficient) with scope and fee stated.
No custody, no keys
We do not take custody of digital assets. You must not send seed phrases, private keys, or recovery words to us through any channel. We may refuse or end a session if such material is presented.
Intellectual property
Site text, visual design, and downloadable templates we provide remain the property of SyncAnalyt unless a separate license states otherwise. You may keep reconciliation sheets produced for your session for personal records.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of public addresses you disclose, for securing your own devices, and for decisions you make after a session. Our work does not replace independent legal, tax, or investment advice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, SyncAnalyt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from asset price changes, forgotten credentials, or actions you take after receiving a reconciliation sheet. Our aggregate liability for a given paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
